Hello!

My name is Žiga. I was born in Slovenia and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I developed a lifelong love for building, making, and understanding how things work. That curiosity naturally led me to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design at San José State University, and I’ve been working as a contract designer ever since.

Outside of traditional design work, I spend a lot of time creating and wearing cosplay at conventions around the country. Designing characters from films, games, and television has sharpened my eye for detail and strengthened my skills in 3D modeling, rendering, and visual storytelling.

My design philosophy revolves around the belief that the best results come from close collaboration. Taking the time to truly understand a client’s vision allows me to translate ideas into thoughtful, well-crafted solutions. Through close collaboration and open feedback, I enjoy refining designs step by step, ensuring the final result feels true to what the client set out to achieve.
